Non-Profit · Volunteer-Led

Even a small step towards betterment counts.

“Changing lives, one milestone at a time.”

We serve the underprivileged through Sustainable efforts in Healthcare, Education, Environment, and Relief and Support for the homeless, children, the elderly and the disabled — guided by compassion and a belief in service before self.

What we need

Not external donations,
but your support and your time.

Our Charitable Work

Four fields, one purpose

Everything we do is non-profit and carried out by volunteers — rooted in the everyday needs of the communities around us, and built one milestone at a time.

Community Outreach

Charitable work we run and support

Every initiative is non-profit and built on voluntary service — the time, skills and care of people who simply choose to help.

Child Care

A safe, nurturing space for children in need, with attention to their health, nutrition and early learning.

Scholarships for the Underprivileged

Scholarships and awards that help deserving children from underprivileged families continue their education.

Aid for the Homeless

Food, clothing and essential supplies for people without a home, with extra care through the harshest seasons.

Care for the Elderly

Companionship, care and everyday help for elderly people who live alone or without support.

Support for the Disabled

Practical help and a rightful place in community life for people with disabilities, and support for the families who care for them.

Relief Programmes

Relief camps, food and essential supplies for families affected by disasters and emergencies.

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

In Their Memory

The lives that inspired ours

The Foundation’s name holds the three people in whose memory it works — Anand and Nandini Sawhney, and Madhu Kapur. Their names sit together in ours as a daily reminder of the standard they set: patriotism without noise, hospitality without limit, and devotion without display.

Colonel Anand Prakash Sawhney

1944 – 2016

A true patriot who served the Indian Army for over three decades, and lived by the motto “Service before Self”.

Nandini Sawhney

1946 – 2025

A lady of strong will, an NCC cadet and athlete, addressed by many as ‘Ma Annapurna’ for her boundless hospitality.

Madhu Kapur

1948 – 2006

Known as ‘Jagat Didi’, she lived a life of simplicity, selfless service and spirituality, opening her home and heart to all.
